The UC High School Kaleen P&C is powered by volunteers. Every parent, carer and community member has something valuable to contribute, and there are many ways to be involved — big or small.

Getting involved is a great way to support students, connect with other families, and help shape positive experiences within our school community.

Ways You Can Help

Attend a Meeting

P&C meetings are open to all members of the school community. Meetings provide an opportunity to hear updates from the school, share ideas, and take part in decisions about projects and activities.

You are welcome to attend as often or as occasionally as suits your schedule.

Volunteer at Events

Throughout the year, the P&C supports and helps organise school and community events. Volunteers may assist with simple tasks such as helping set up, running a stall, welcoming families, or packing up afterwards.

Even an hour of your time can make a real difference.

Share Your Skills

Many parents and carers bring valuable skills and experience that can benefit the school community. Whether you have experience in event planning, communications, fundraising, trades, design, IT, or simply a willingness to help, your contribution is appreciated.

Stay Connected

You can stay informed about P&C activities by attending meetings, following school communications, or reaching out to the committee with ideas or feedback.

There is no minimum commitment required to be involved in the P&C. Whether you volunteer once a year or become a regular contributor, your participation helps strengthen our school community.
