Welcome to one of our most beloved P&C programs! Mindfulness & Muffins is a gentle, volunteer-run initiative designed to give our students and staff a calm, grounded start to their day.
Through short relaxation sessions, we equip students with simple mindfulness tools they can use for lifeβall followed by the warmth of a fresh muffin and community connection. There is nothing quite like seeing our students start their Friday feeling supported and cared for.
When: Fridays in Weeks 3, 6, and 9 of every Term.
Time: Sessions begin before school; muffin drop-offs are required by 8:10 am.
Where: The School Library.
This program relies entirely on the kindness of our community. Whether you are a star baker or a pro at finding the best muffins at the local bakery, we would love your help!
We need volunteers to provide muffins for our hungry mindful meditators.
The Commitment: Drop off 24 muffins to the library before 8:10 am on your chosen Friday.
Note: We aim for 48 muffins total per session, so we usually look for two volunteers per date.

Sit outside the session to encourage hesitant students to join.
Manage the muffin distribution (ensuring they are reserved for the session participants).
